How to use it

Insert the arm into the pocket of the bandage so that the elbow is fully seated at the bottom. Guide the bandage around the neck with your free hand, pull it through the O-ring, and secure the velcro so that the arm rests at a 90° angle. Place your thumb through the thumb loop for extra security during use.
